On January 8, 2016 Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Richard Arthur Higardner Jr of Jenny Lind (35) at his residence on Almond Drive in Jenny Lind.
Hilgardner was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Incest and Rape by Fear or Force, both Felonies.
