(  At the Tuesday, January 12, 2016 Calaveras Board of Supervisors meeting, again they will address the fact that (Freaky Pastor) Edson, (Ass-Phalt Happy) Kearney and (Gun Lunatic) Oliveira have refused to give Calaveras County residents a Sheriff.

   Gun Lunatic Oliveira says he needs "more time to MOURN (sniff-sniff)".  How long can the incompetent TEA POTTY three deprive the county of lawful authority?
