UPDATE: Tow trucks have been dispatched to try and remove the cars from the intersection.
April 16, 2016 at 4:05 PM: A head-on traffic collision has been reported at Hwy 132 and Hart Road in Modesto.
Three CHP are at the scene and an ambulance is en route to the scene. Avoid the area as the intersection is blocked at this time.
