At the Calaveras Supervisors meeting District Attorney Yook got up to campaign for her re-election again; this time to rail against the horrors of cannabis.
We wondered what was wrong with her, as she appeared to be high on something; either extreme caffeine or meth. She spoke so fast you could not understand her. She should be blood tested. If she needs help, she should get it.
