When the wine industry began moving in to Calaveras County with the purpose of intoxicating the public, there was NO question or worry of the environment or other complaints. WHY!!!In fact, the county government welcomed the wine farmers, quoting the "right to farm" policy in Calaveras County.
Why is the marijuana farming policy different? They, like the grape farmers, are growing a product for intoxicating the public, but with far less physical damage to the health of people than alcohol.
