On April 13, 2017 around 9:30 AM Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Elias Soto (28) of Wallace at his residence on Hwy 12.
Soto was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Threatening a Crime with Intent to Terrorize, Stalking, Indecent Exposure and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, gang related; all felonies.
