Gary Tofanelli allowed Mills to demean a member of the public who made comments against them without mentioning anything.
Tofanelli has just proved that he is totally corrupt and a sick individual who should NOT be Chair. Then he allowed another person to say things OUT of order!!
Calaveras County is the filthiest dregs of society, with Gary Tofanelli approving of it! He is a disgusting human being and a dirty Supervisor!
