January 30, 2018 at 7 AM: CHP is at the scene of a traffic collision between a big rig and a white Honda on Hwy 4 at Charter Way in Stockton.
An ambulance is responding due to major injuries. The big rig took out 70' of chain link fence and the Honda is down the embankment.
