During the hearing for the Biomass plant and Steve Wilensky, Carl Stoughton came to the podium and criticized the Board for attempting to hide his item in the Consent Agenda.
The group supplied an executive report at the beginning of the meeting, so that no one else could see it. Why is that. It should be made public.
