School custodian arrested for threats

According to the Calaveras Sheriff, on October 29, 2018 around 7:50 PM, deputies took a report from a Toyon Middle School Administrator regarding a possible threat
with a firearm by a custodian.

Deputies were told that 72-year-old Fred Westbrook of Mokelumne Hill works at Toyon Middle School and has been having a dispute with a co-worker.

Westbrook reportedly threatened this co-worker and also made several statements to other subjects mentioning bringing a firearm to work.

When the school administration was made aware of the statements yesterday afternoon, immediate action was taken to ensure that Westbrook was not on campus and the Sheriff's Office was called to investigate the incident.

Deputies interviewed subjects involved and arrested red Westbrook yesterday evening for alleged 422PC-criminal threats.

Westbrook was booked into the Calaveras County Jail with $50,000 bail while the investigation continues.

No students were involved, but this entails workplace violence. If you have any information regarding this case, call 754-6030.

The Calaveras Sheriff fails to arrest a known violent racist who they know makes threats to women because he is such a coward.  Deputy Crabtree is the corrupt deputy involved in that investigation, who LIED and covered up for the racist and then got a promotion.

That is why Calaveras deputies leave this county. Unless you are willing to cooperate in a violent racists coverup and falsify reports, you will not be promoted. Crabtree is one of the WORST deputies in this Sheriff's Office.

Crabtree not only supports DiBasilio, but has been promised that he will be NEXT when DeBasilio retires.  This entire department is nothing but corruption.

If you are one of the new deputies and are not willing to be party to the corruption that goes on down there, then you might as well leave NOW! You will never be promoted or considered one of the RACIST boys!!! (Proud Boys?)
