October 21, 2018 at 4:30 PM: A vehicle has reportedly struck an embankment at Rams Grade Road and Shake Ridge Road in Volcano.
No injuries have been indicated but the vehicle cannot move. A tow truck is responding to the scene. Be cautious if in the area.
