At the March 5, 2019 Angels Camp City Council meeting there are three Closed Session items involving three pieces of real estate being negotiated.
Involved in negotiations are Nancy Whittle, the City Administrator and Pero Margaretic (owner of the Utica Hotel). Is the City selling off their land holdings? (the taxes listed at the county are 0)
