On March 1, 2019 Jason Westley Andahl (35) of San Andreas was arrested at his residence on St. Charles Street.
Andahl was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly causing a fire on the property, a misdemeanor, and for Violation of Probation, a felony.
