With the revelations that John Bolton made public in his new book, very few people
knew that the White House had a copy of the manuscript since December 30, 2019.
If fact, Trump kept it a secret from Senator McConnell, so he was blindsided by the exposed facts that became public yesterday. Elected officials do not like surprises!
What will McConnell do now? Other senators are also angry and may now vote to have witnesses. Can McConnell keep them under control, or does he still want to?
Three more senators are needed to bring in witnesses.
