Cutler: Dobbins' hit didn't have 'malicious intent'

 

 

Bears quarterback Jay Cutler said he understands defenders are in a tough spot, after Texans linebacker Tim Dobbins was fined $30,000 for the hit that may have caused the concussion that kept Cutler out of last night's game.
