Again at the Tuesday November 13, 2012 Board of Supervisor's meeting, Rebecca Callen, elected Auditor/Controller appeared to address and question an expenditure by Public Works, namely Tom Garcia.
What is her problem? Does she not have enough to do? Is she still that jealous that Garcia was deserving and received a $19,000 raise?
As the CAO stated, Department heads have the right to ask for a budget adjustment or to choose to be able to absorb any amounts spent within their prescribed budgets.
It has become clear that Ms. Callen has way too much time on her hands. Is there someone else who plans on running for the office next year?
Personal jealousies should not be allowed to play out during Board of Supervisor meetings, and it certainly appears that causing trouble is Callens middle name. Why?
Is harrassing other department heads and wasting Board of Supervisor's time what the public wants the Auditor they elected to spend their time doing?

Sierra Sentinel, what's with CAO Boyce retiring? Kinda funny, 3 BOS members leaving, the CAO retires, Hmmm. It could be she's been in the position long enough for higher CalPers benefits or knowing where the bodies are buried won't matter anymore.
