How many Californians pay Clear-cutting Fire Tax

We had wondered just how many people in California, not those who enjoy the National Parks and forests, but just those who live near it, get to pay the government to have their land clear-cut by CalFire, CHIPS and the Sierra Nevada Conservancy.

The number is 825,000 which is small enough to not affect their next elections, but only hurt people who have already been hurt by the Brown policies.

Now comes the clear-cutting to "enhance the watershed" as they call it to provide more Northern California water, through Brown's massive tunnels, to Southern California.

And Northern California will continue to pay!!!
