Angels Camp City Council "Here they go again!"

UPDATE:  The plan was voted down by the City Council at last night's meeting. A little power to the PEOPLE!!

On October 21, 2014 at 6 PM the Angels Camp City Council, due to pressure from their close friends the Collins, and husband and wife Firman Brown and Janet Cuslidge, realtors, will try to push through the Mark Twain Medical Clinics plans to build on Dogtown Road.

This was continued from the last meeting, where an overflow crowd showed up at the Firehouse and they had to cancel the meeting.  This one is back at Bret Harte's theater. Yes, everyone says "Here they go again!"

.if anybody actually believes what's in the CC Packet that states the Center will bring 1,210 medical related jobs and 860 construction jobs to this village's inhabitants, please tell them I have a lovely big orange bridge I can sell them for a very reasonable price! Can we spell NAIVETE....the Con Game never ends around here...but its bought; hook, line, and sinker by those "in charge"..

Did you forget the Giants were on last night. Priorities screwed up for some? yes. Mark Twain has plenty of other land choices. But Cuslidge doesn't have commission on them.

Was it a 5-0 vote agalinst?

Kulm and Sobon were already for it before the meeting started. Yup, i was gonna mention priorities are screwed up a bit, but thats the reason why this country is such a mess. If you wanna keep your freedoms and your voice you need to be involved and be heard, even at the local level.

We have 3 candidates to fill 2 spots on council. I would advise folendorf and kelly for those seats! Behiel was an instrumental player in planning commission to push this crap to council. He even got up and gave counsil heck for voting it down! He is extremely arrogant! He has no problem ripping through this town and making a disaster of your front yards.

Really? I thought Behiel cared about the community
