Of course, we are talking about Cam, who appears in clown costume whenever and wherever he can, and then Phil, who is overwhelmed with fear at the sight of Cam in clown gear.
In the Bakersfield area, police have been receiving calls from terrified members of the public, after encountering strange, scary looking clowns, even with weapons in hand. The police are investigating.
