Angels Camp City Council meets--All Oak Trees belong to City now!

They are trying to pass this before
Folendorf gets in; her father
would not allow her to vote
against property rights!!!

      The Angels Camp City Council meets on December 16, 2014 at 5:30 PM with a Closed Session on Property:  200 Monte Verda, Angels Camp: Agency Negotiator Michael McHatten, City Administrator; Negotiating party: Mark Twain Medical Center:
Under negotiation; price and terms of payment.

   The regular agenda begins at 6 PM. On the agenda is approving the new law they created that no one can cut down an oak tree without saying prayers to the City Administration in Angels Camp and paying them a lot of money.  The trees are no longer the property owners, but belong to the City Council.
