December 10, 2014 at 2:30 PM: CHP is at the scene of a solo vehicle traffic collision at the boat ramp of Spicer Reservoir off Hwy 4 in Ebbetts Pass.
Fed Ex is involved, as they called for a tow truck. Perhaps it is a Fed Ex truck. Not sure. No injuries have been reported in the collision.
