UPDATE at 11:30 AM: We just learned that a pole is snapped at the base has fallen across both lanes of River Road and that lines are arcing.
February 16, 2015 at 11:10 AM: A car has reportedly overturned on River Road near Hwy 165 outside of Hilmar.
This was a solo vehicle collision. An ambulance is en route to the scene. PG&E was also notified, so a pole must have been involved.
