On February 6, 2015 at approximately 9:20 AM Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Shawn Hinman (30) of Valley Springs at the Black Bart Inn in San Andreas for allegedly Defrauding an Innkeeper of under $400, a misdemeanor and for an outstanding warrant for alleged 2nd Degree Burglary, also a misdemeanor.
Hinman was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
Also arrested at the time was Elizabeth June McMahan (33) of Mountain Ranch for allegedly Defrauding an Innkeeper of under $400, a misdemeanor and for an outstanding warrant for alleged Violation of Probation, also a misdemeanor.
McMahan was issued a citation and released.
