A mother in Wisconsin has filed a $5 million lawsuit against the Pop Warner Football league, citing injury sustained while playing football as an 11-year-old.
Her 25 year old son committed suicide and the autopsy results showed that he has suffered Dimentsia Pugilistica, as a result of head injuries. She claims punitive damages, saying the league failed to warn the family of the danger of playing football.
