May 11, 2015 at 11:55 AM: As of this morning, Caltrans has re-opened Ebbetts Pass (Hwy 4) to Nevada, Sonora Pass (Hwy 108) and Monitor Pass (Hwy 89).
There was some remaining snow and debris to be cleaned off the roadways, but it was completed this morning.
