The news is full of heavy winter snow in the east, deadly flooding rains even now in Texas and Oklahoma, but California is in what is considered a deadly drought.
If the country can build pipelines for oil, why can't it build them for lifesaving water. Just pipe it from where there is too much, to where there is too little. DUH???
