Hitchhikers on Hwy 99

   May 18, 2015 at 1 PM:  Two hitchhikers have been reported with backpacks, sprawled out on the side of the road at Hwy99 at Jack Tone Road in Manteca.

   Use extra caution if headed that way until CHP can move them off the roadway.
