Suspicious Circumstances .......flag

   On May 10, 2015 the Calaveras Sheriff was called to report that a flag was being flown upside down on Hwy 12 in Valley Springs.

   Turned out it was an accident.  Could happen to anyone, since putting them up requires starting with the flag upside down.  How embarrassing!!
