May 1, 2015 at 7:15 AM: It was just reported that the railroad crossing guards are stuck in the down position at Santa Fe Avenue and Hatch Road in Hughson.
CHP is en route. Cars are driving around the guard rails when they don't see a train coming. Be extra careful if in that area.
