UPDATE: The injured person has been taken to Mark Twain Hospital. Injuries are determined to be minor.
May 12, 2015 at 4 PM: CHP is en route to Hwy 4 near Meadowmont where a red truck left the road and hit a tree.
The driver is reportedly semi-conscious. An Ambulance has also been dispatched to the scene.
