UPDATE at 7:10 AM: Three CHP are now at the scene. Party apparently fell asleep and doesn't remember how he got where he is. An ambulance is not en route.
May 18, 2015 at 6:40 AM: A Chevy Cruiser reportedly hit the cement wall at I-5 and French Camp Road in Stockton.
CHP is en route to the scene. Witness reports one person laying across the front seat, appears to be passed out. Use extra caution if headed in that direction.
