has been leaking water (perhaps 100's of thousands of gallons) and nobody at the City even noticed until this week. It figures!
They can't even imagine how much they wasted. Someone told KCRA channel 3! Will the City be fined $10,000 a day??

This is so typical City of Angels. They could care less about us; but they are perfect!
Did anyone read in their newest water bill, the leflet on the percentagrs of water saved by certai. People, residences, etc.? The local businesses didn't save, they were over by 11%. Can we the people fine them. Will the city crack down on businesses or is that an excuse for their damned tourism.
Whoa! I have not paid much attention to this. We need to watch our city government more closely, it seems. Is the corruption getting worse?
