July 9, 2015 at 6:20 AM: Around 50 to 100 tires have been reportedly dumped on Hwy 132 and Garrison Avenue in Modesto.
Stanislaus County Road Department is expected to go out and clean it up. This is the second report of large numbers of tires being dumped in the Stanislaus County area.
Yesterday 50 tires were discovered dumped on Bradbury in Turlock.
