July 8, 2015 at 7:55 AM: A solo vehicle has run off
Harper Road at Merrell Road in Groveland and hit a tree. Sheriff's deputy indicates possible alcohol involved.
CHP and an ambulance are responding. Two patients are reportedly bleeding from the mouth and need medical assistance. They are out of the vehicle.
