July 9, 2015 at 6:40 AM: A blue van and a grey BMW have collided at Cherokee and Ashley in the Waterloo area east of Stockton, bringing power lines down.
No injuries were reported, but neither vehicle is now drivable, so tow trucks are responding. PG&E has been dispatched to the scene.
