April 7, 2016 at 11:20 AM: A hit and run collision has been reported at I-5 south at the I 205 offramp in Tracy.
The vehicle left a bumper and plate, which has been moved into the center divide to avoid another collision. CHP is en route to the scene. No injuries were indicated.
