April 8, 2016 at 5 AM: A car reportedly hit the center divide at Hwy 99 and Broadway Kiernan Avenue in Salida.
CHP had questions when they saw the ignition had damage. The owner told them his son had the car somewhere in Salida. A tow truck is responding to the scene. No injuries were indicated.
