On June 17, 2016 the Angels Camp Police Department arrested Joshua Charles Corbett Cowan (40) of Angels Camp at Hwy 49 and Hardscrabble Street.
Cowan was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Obstructing or Resisting an Executive Officer, a felony and for Obstructing or Resisting a Peace Officer and DUI Alcohol or Drugs, both misdemeanors.
