The Modesto Police Department has issued warnings for anyone planning on travelling to Modesto tomorrow.9th, 10th and 11th streets and J, L and M streets will be closed off most of the day, which may cause traffic problems due to the Presidential rally of candidate Bernie Sanders, which will be held at Centre Plaza.
