Chihuahua on Hwy 99

   June 5, 2016 at 10:05 AM:  A dark brown Chihuahua was reported running in and out of lanes on Hwy 99 at the Hwy 26 offramp in Stockton.

   CHP is en route to the area, but be cautious if headed that way.
