Larry Dale Routson was whisked away by angels on June 26, 2016 while resting at his he in Valley Springs. He was 60 years old.

Pajaro Valley.

After graduating from Watsonville High in 1975 he quickly enlisted in the Marine Corp where he served his country bravely for 8 months before being suddenly and inexplicably tragically struck down by a tragic auto accident that left him paralyzed and cut short the amazing potential he had once held for a completely fulfilled life.

   He was honorable discharged.

Natures first green is gold, her hardest hue to hold,

Her early leafs a flower, but only so an hour,

Then leaf subsides to leaf, so Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day, nothing gold can stay.

Before the accident Larry was a member of Future Farmers of American, where he served as vie president, and was an invaluable member of the family farm, which is where he was happiest.

Larry loved horse back riding, hunting, cars and his friends who were like family to him.
