CHP reports that on July 21, 2016 around 2:30 PM Cheryl A. Lindow (62) of Valley Springs was driving a 2016 Ford F150 on Cane Lane at 5-10 MPH in Rancho Calaveras.
David Beilstein (45) of Valley Springs was driving a 2016 Dodge Journey on Hatvickson Lane approaching Cane Lane at 45 MPH.
After stopping for the stop sign, Lindow proceeded into the intersection, directly into the path of Beilstein's vehile.
Beilstein was unable to aoid the collision and his vehicle hit the left side of Lindows vehicle.
All parties, including Lindows' 5 year-old passenger Paytin Guiffra, were transported to Mark Twain Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
According to CHP alcohol and or drugs were not a factor in this collision.
