On September 6, 2016 at 1 PM the Calaveras Supervisors are holding a Special Meeting for one purpose. This is a very important meeting. The Supervisors want NO responsibility for county crises.
They will discuss and ask the public for input on the future structure of the Office of Emergency Services due to the lack of capability of Supervisor Edson or the Sheriff to handle the Butte Fire crisis.
