Three arrested in Copperopolis

   On September 15, 2016 Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested three people at a residence on Littlejohn Road in Copperopolis.

    Kimberly Ann Hubbard (41) of Copperopolis was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, both felonies, along with four outstanding warrants.

   Eric Richard Smith (51) was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, Accessory to a Crime and Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, all felonies and for Obstructing or Resisting a Peace Officer, a misdemeanor.

   Frank Willis Asquith (57) of Sonora was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly being an Accessory to a Crime, a felony and for Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
