On September 21, 2016 Daniel Ray Calderon (27) of Modesto was arrested by Calaveras County Sheriff's deputies on John Eaph Trail in West Point.
Calderon was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Failing to Register as a Felony Sex Offender, Violation of Probation and Prohibited to Own Ammunition, all felonies and for Obstruction or Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor, in addition to an outstanding warrant.
