in Murphys at 45-50 MPH.
For unknown reasons, Mr. Speno turned the Chevrolet to the right and went down a dirt embankment.
The car overturned and rolled through a fence and into the water, becoming completely submerged. Unfortunately Mr. Speno received fatal injuries in this collision.
At this time it is unknown if alcohol or drugs played a factor in the collision. An autopsy is being performed.
