September 24, 2016 at 12 Noon: A mini-van has reportedly taken out about 40' of center divide guard rail and rolled over into the incoming lanes of Hwy 99 at the Kiernan Avenue exit in Salida.
An ambulance and CHP are en route to the scene. Be cautious if in the area. Caltrans has also been notified.
