During a bitter hearing in the House of Representatives on September 29, 2016 regarding the fraud at Wells Fargo Bank, a California Representative said it best.
Representative Brad Sherman (D) California said "..in 2008 the banks were too big not to BAIL. We now learn that they are too big to manage, too big to regulate. Time to break them up!"
