On September 15, 2016 the Calaveras District Attorney arrested Phillip Daniel Godoy (31) of Copperopolis, at the Calaveras Sheriff's Office.
Godoy was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Embezzlement by an Employee over $400 and for Grand Theft by a Servant over $950, both felonies.
