On September 26, 2016 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested three people on Albert Lane in Burson.
Two were residents of Washinton state and one was from Bakersfield. Two were booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Planting Marijuana without a permit, a felony and Obstructing or evading arrest, a misdemeanor.
The cannabis urgency ordinance is working. The illegal grows are being cleared out.
